Question: What is the web address (URL) for Waldo's Intouch Online System?

Question: What is Intouch Online?

Answer: Intouch Online is a tool that provides you with the opportunity to check your students’ attendance, class schedule, current grades, and other information at any time from both home and work. The data available is updated on a weekly basis.

Question: Can I change my password for my Intouch Online account?

Answer: We are working on enabling this feature and hope to have it up and running soon.

 

Question: How frequently are records updated for my student?

Answer: Some records are updated more frequently than others. Attendance is updated approximately every two days and gradebooks will be updated weekly on Monday.

Question: I have not received my username and password for this tool. Is this something that can be emailed to me?

Answer: Yes. However, to protect student confidentiality, you will need to come into the office with some type of photo ID in order to choose your username and password.

Question: I have multiple students at the Waldo. Can I have a single account listing each of my students?

Answer: Yes. You will need to put in a request at the school. Once the request has been processed a new account will be created for you within 2 business days.

Question: Will I be able to see more information beyond attendance and their schedule?

Answer: Yes. We are currently bringing this online in small portions to make it a smooth process.

Question: I have concerns about my students’ attendance. Who should I speak to?

Answer: There are two ways to do this. 1 – For general information, you can phone the school (503-399-3215) and speak to our attendance clerk. 2 – You can email the attendance secretary. This person will then forward your email to the appropriate person at the school.

Question: I have forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?

Answer: You can come into the school office or e-mail Joyce Carbajal or David Blommendahl. We can retrieve it for you.
